Welcome to Chez Chez: One of The Best Cocktail Bar in George Town, Penang. Chez Chez had an unconventional start as a cocktail bar in George Town, Penang. Originally opened as a bar and restaurant, our aim was to showcase the unique culinary married with the drinking culture, providing a one-stop solution for guests who wishes to dine and enjoy quality drinks at the same time.

When it became clear that there was going to be continued interest in the drinking experience we’d curated, we moved to a smaller more intimate location and expanded our cocktail menu, however we have decided to close down the kitchen to focus on what we do best.

Though we’ve come a long way from where we started, our focus has ever shifted. When you drink with us, you can expect to find new flavours, inspiring cocktails, and a sparkling evening. Bringing one of the best classic cocktails to the Penang tipple scene and even signature cocktails crafted for the best and refreshing taste adventure. Chez Chez combines a modern cocktail experience with the historic charm of George Town. Our cocktails draw inspiration from Penang’s diverse culture, blending flavors from around the world.

We have since hosted numerous bars from around the world, and being a part of Malaysia's Penang Cocktail Week, doing guest shifts regularly. Our mission is to create a space where craft cocktails meet community and east meets west. With a focus on fresh ingredients, quality spirits, and innovative techniques, bring out-of-town tipple experience to this little island we call home.
